About Al Zubair Group FZE - We are a leading Value-Added Distributor for Middle East and Africa region for Voice, Audio, Video conferencing solutions. Our Indian office, supports functions like operations, marketing & finance. For our marketing team,
we are presently looking for entry level profiles operating full time with work-from-home option.


Job Profile

• Responsible for online market research for activity & lead generation
• Introduce company product and services & create awareness with new/existing companies
• Identify prospective companies within the target market

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research customer using social media, mails, and all communication tools
• Reach customer primarily through telephone and mass communication
• Build and cultivate relationships through consistent followup communications
• Manage & store research information in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged
• Achieve daily/weekly activity targets as set time to time
• Implement market strategy as planned by company
• Submit daily reports & status to department head
• Learn & keep uptodate on products, schemes and promotions

Required experience and knowledge

• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Sales Background (preferred)
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office products preferred
• Experience in market research/telemarketing/inside sales preferred _not_ mandatory
• Experienced or comfortable in using internet, online & telecalling tools

Pre-requisites

• Willingness to work for Middle East / Gulf countries time zone
