Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand software requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Design, execute, and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.
- Conduct thorough regression testing for software releases to ensure product stability.
- Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports to the development team.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience in Katalon or API testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Test Engineer.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work.
