We are urgently hiring for Customer Support Executive

Position:
Customer Support Executive - Export

Location:
Sakinaka, Andheri (E)

Timings: 10:00 to 6:30 PM

Job profile:


  • Coordinating with customers, agents and interdepartment for sea and air
shipment statuses

  • Preparing and sending daily shipment status reports to customers and
overseas agents

  • Updating software

Desired Skills/Knowledge:


  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Coordination with overseas agents
  • Basic Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types:
Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 0.6 months


Pay:
₹10,000.00 per month
