    The below are the roles and responsibilities of theAdministrator. All these jobs need to be carried out inconsultation of the Principal.

    1. Verification of Admin staff & contract staffattendance.
    2. Monitor and resolve offroll /contract employee grievances.
    3. Facilitateoffroll / contract Manpower recruitment.
    4. Contract Management timely renewals of contractsPrincipal employer RC & Contractor License.
    5. Purchase initiation negotiating with vendors &obtaining quotations for all capital and consumablepurchases.
    6. Coordination for uniformpurchase.
    7. Review of Asset / inventorymanagement.
    8. Corresponding with Niyogaa forapproval of various purchases conduct of events etc.
    9. All correspondence with local body ofgovernance.
    10. Land related documentation andprocessing.
    11. Transport Management work outtransport routes monitor regular vehicle cleaning & maintenancetimely renewal of insurance tax etc and timely completion of FCworks.
    12. Ensuring all the Statutory compliances(Stability D License Building insurance Fire & safety foodsanitary Labour tax EPF ESIC etc)
    13. Oversee thetravel and hospitality arrangements made for Guests and othercommittee members.
    14. Oversee processes andaddress issues related to canteen operations facility managementspace management scrap management and infrastructure (including ITinfra).
    15. Responsible for all infrastructuralmaintenance activities like civil electrical lift Genset AC plantbiogas solar and all AMC renewal & services.
    16. Facilitation of admission activities.
    17. Handle Directorate of School Education & ICSE boardrelated activities.
    18. Oversee timely completionof TC requests from students and TC related documentationactivities.
    19. Contribute to Annual Budgetpreparation.
    20. Oversee SecurityManagement.
    21. Oversee trafficmanagement.
    22. Attend to all sorts ofemergency.
    23. Responsible for all theadministrative activities of Sath Sadhana.
    24. Maintenance of store room and periodic review of storerooms and updating of inventory records / and pertainingfiles.
