Position:
Operations Executive

Work Experience: 2+ years

CTC- upto 4.5 LPA

Location:
Bangalore

Base location will be Kalyan Nagar but will have to monitor dark stores in Koramangala area as well

Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Oversee Same-Day Delivery/Fulfillment Operations at our dark store (Inbound,
Outbound, Inventory Management, etc).


  • Work closely with customers (D2C/Ice-Cream/E-Commerce Brands) and
support them in expansion/growth.


  • Ensure ~100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs.
  • Manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers,
store captains, and delivery riders).


  • Coordinate with COCO and FOCO stores to ensure consistent operations.
  • Weekly audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.
  • Help create a rockstar culture amongst team to scale to profitability.

Salary:
₹25, ₹37,500.00 per month
