Role description:


This role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis' offices globally.

The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world.

Role accountabilities:

The main responsibilities of this role include, but arenot limited to:

  • Prepare & Submit Baseline Programmes & Provide Programme Updates as per Project Requirements.
  • Provision of Resource/Cost Loaded Programmes as per Project Requirements.
  • Provision of Dashboard Reports as per

Project Requirements:
Cashflow S-Curve, Resource/Cost Histogram, Earned Value Management (EVM), Schedule Performance Index (SPI) & Cost Performance Index (CPI).

  • Provision of Critical Path Analysis & review Risk Mitigation Measures (programme acceleration) to monitor and control the programme as per Project Requirements.
  • Delay Analysis of Project Programmes
  • Provision of Change Management Assistance by adding change references to the programme and undertaking change analysis to illustrate impact to the Programme.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Minimum 5+ years of Design Documentation experience.
  • Knowledge of Quality procedures/standards.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Primavera P6 / MS Project software tools
  • Excellent time management skills Must be proactive and quick learner
