As a Tele Caller Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our [products or services] to prospective customers over the phone.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into satisfied customers. With your extensive experience in telemarketing/telesales, you will utilize your skills and expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists, as well as cold calling to generate new leads.
  • Introduce and present our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services, including pricing, promotions, and availability.
  • Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, build rapport, address their concerns, and overcome objections to secure sales.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product/service offerings, staying updated on new releases and enhancements.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, feedback, and sales outcomes, using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, exchange best practices, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in telemarketing/telesales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build relationships over the phone.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to efficiently manage customer data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
