Job description
- Managing and coordination at the construction site with different contractors.
- Works with individual project managers and project engineers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a program or project.
- Inspect the construction site to monitor progress and assesses conformance to engineering plans, specifications and construction standards.
- Manage and help staff members in construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.
- Deep foundation and pile driving monitoring.
- Monitors construction schedules with project and contractor schedulers to keep on track and to address problems that may cause delays.
- Assists the PM with the monitoring of daytoday construction and constructionrelated activities for all onsite project personnel relative to Safety, Quality, Schedule and Contract Compliance.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
