    Description:

    NetBramhais seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our teamas a Presales Design Specialist. In this role you will leverageyour extensive background in UI/UX design to understand clientrequirements articulate design solutions and drive business growththrough design solutions & presalesactivities.

    Role&Responsibilities:
    • Bethe face of the studio to evangelize design create compellingdesign driven solutions/proposals for new & existingclients
    • Utilizedesign thinking methodologies to analyze customer needs and developinnovative design solutions that address their pain pointseffectively.
    • Createcompelling presentations and proposals to showcase the studios sdesign capabilities and win new businessopportunities.
    • Experthands on design expertise across user research design strategy& user experience. Should be able to articulate &drive design led workshops with globalleaders.
    • Collaboratewith the sales and marketing teams to understand clientrequirements and challenges across different sectors andmediums.
    • Beresponsible for project estimation & scoping through thedesignlifecycle
    • Efficientlyoverseeing the sales bid process through adept handling of RFI andRFPresponses
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includingclients and internal teams to drive successful presales initiativesand secure new businessopportunities.
    • Collaboratingwith the sales and design teams to develop customized designsolutions that meet client needs and align with companycapabilities.


    Requirements

    MusthaveSkills:
    • Minimumof 5 years of experience in UX design solutioning and presales witha strong understanding of customer challenges across sectors andmediums.
    • Deepexpertise across user research design strategy visual design userexperience etc with a proven track record of hands on experience ofat least 5 years in the UXindustry.
    • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toarticulate complex design concepts to both technical andnontechnicalaudiences.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to thinkcreatively and strategically to develop innovativesolutions.
    • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced environment manage multiplepriorities and meet tightdeadlines.
    • Knowledgeof industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologiesin the design sector to stay ahead of the curve and offerinnovative solutions toclients.
    • Familiaritywith design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite SketchFigma etc. to create design prototypes presentations andcollateral.
    • Thoroughnessin reviewing proposals contracts and other documentation to ensureaccuracy and completeness in all clientcommunications.
    • Abilityto ideate think on your feet & respond quickly to clientchallenges.
    • Previousexperience of working in crossfunctional & globalteams.

    Must have Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX designsolutioning and pre-sales with a strong understanding of customerchallenges across sectors and mediums. Deep expertise across userresearch, design strategy, visual design, user experience etc witha proven track record of hands on experience of at least 5+ yearsin the UX industry. Excellent communication and presentationskills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts toboth technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively andstrategically to develop innovative solutions. Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiplepriorities, and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of industry trends,competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the designsector to stay ahead of the curve and offer innovative solutions toclients. Familiarity with design software and tools such as AdobeCreative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc., to create design prototypes,presentations, and collateral. Thoroughness in reviewing proposals,contracts, and other documentation to ensure accuracy andcompleteness in all client communications. Ability to ideate, thinkon your feet & respond quickly to client challenges. Previousexperience of working in cross-functional & globalteams.
