JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Processing of the order
  • Coordinate delivery and returns of customer orders.
  • Coordination with Amazon customer care
- inventory Management

  • Performance tracking
  • Promotions
  • Sales Report
  • Amazon Campaign management
  • Catalogue uploading
  • Increasing customer reviews
  • Taking Follow up
  • Looking after Tracking the orders, Feedbacks from the customers, Reviews and complaints
  • Manage the daytoday operations and all activities of the ecommerce channels/marketplaces.
