Description
Handling various administrative responsibilities.

  • Handling and managing calendar schedules of management.
  • Maintain all data, portals and CRM of the company
  • Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation
  • Monitoring, updating lead portals on daily basis, transfer the leads to the team.
  • Helping other team members as and when required
  • Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and employee onboarding plan in coordination with senior management
  • Coordinate with all vendors for various office related requirements
  • Help in market research as and when required
  • Independently handle overall management of the office
  • Support any other task as and when required

Qualification:


  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Should have good command over Gujarati/Hindi/English
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft office and Google features
  • Should have Pleasing Personality.
  • Excellent Communications Skills.
  • Should have Excellent convincing Skills.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- min. 1 year of work (preferred)
