Enphase is seeking Technical Support Technician to join our Customer Service Organization to provide on-site support to customers of our Solar inverter products and future storage solutions.

This role will be responsible to make sure best in class service is provided to customers by working in close coordination with Engineering, Training, Sales, Customer Service, Product Line Management and Facilities.


Responsibilities

  • Travel is required to cover the area of responsibilities of our customers.
  • Service of Enphase (internal) PV and Storage systems in area of the Field Service Technician.
  • Schedule customer site visits and coordinate activities between Enphase customer support team/FAE team and installers/Homeowners
  • Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behaviour
  • Complete site audit reports and documentations
  • Complete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changes
  • Participate in regular safety trainings and conduit trainings to installers and homeowners
  • Maintain tool management standards required for field commissioning and maintenance activities
  • Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
  • Perform other duties as needed or directed
  • Teaches and trains crew on proper techniques for installation
  • Detail Oriented, ability to review designs and develop specific BOS
  • Ability to work independently without oversight
  • Committed to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high
workmanship standards


Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience specific to PV system Design/Execution/field support of installations and service


  • Diploma /B. E

  • Electrical is preferable. should have scored 60% and above in 10th,12th, and graduation
  • Knowledge on PV string / microinverters installations, execution, grounding, ,commission and field troubleshooting activities
  • Effective communication skills; Presentation skills.
  • Ability to work/complete/integrate multiple tasks
  • Possess positive team spirit and inspire same in coworkers
  • Possess integrity and ethics
  • Flexible and adaptable. Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Ability to follows instructions; respond to management direction
  • Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and decisionmaking abilities
  • Time management skills.
  • Knowledge of and observance of safety and security procedures
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word / Excel.
  • Availability to work outside regular business hours
  • Proficiency in reading and implementing plan sets
