IT Intern - Website Development


Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT intern to join our team and assist in the new development of our website.

As an IT intern focused on website development, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the enhancement of our online presence.

You will work closely with our experienced IT and web development professionals to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact on our website's evolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the web development team to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of new website features and functionalities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for website improvements and user experience enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug website issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct research on emerging web technologies, trends, and development techniques to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates of existing website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
  • Contribute to the optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
  • Learn and adhere to coding standards, version control, and project management processes.
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and code for future reference.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and propose strategies to enhance the website's competitiveness.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project progress and sharing insights.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
  • Proficiency in any programming languages and frameworks is a plus (e.g., Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, React, Angular, ).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website builders.
  • Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Portfolio or examples of personal or academic web development projects are advantageous.

From ₹200.00 per day
