Description
We are hiring for a UK-based Insurance consulting firm.


Responsibilities

  • Office 365 Exchange Online administration (Domains, Policies, Transport Rules, Spam administration and Microsoft Defender etc.)
  • Office 365 service health monitoring, message tracing, reporting and management of service requests.
  • Migration, troubleshooting, design and system delivery experience.
  • Manage and develop Microsoft Teams and other related services such as One Drive and SharePoint.
  • Responsible for the security and reliability of Microsoft Office 365 systems and services and Exchange Online.
  • Tracking and escalation of incidents with Office 365 technical support.
