Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:


  • Gather data from various sources within the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.
  • Maintain databases and information systems to organize and manage data efficiently.

Data Analysis:


  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings effectively.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Report Generation:


  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Customize reports based on specific requirements from different departments or stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports to relevant parties.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.

System Maintenance and Support:


  • Provide technical support for MIS systems and tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, system functionality, and user access.
  • Develop user manuals, guidelines, and documentation for MIS processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and MIS principles.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functional areas within the organization.
  • Knowledge of Google sheets, Google digital studio, Google site

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certification in data analysis or MIS.
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
