Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Receive calls and record significant information.
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs, activities and other information.
- Identify the needs of Driver & Brokers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers.
- Maintain good customer relations.
Requirement
- Fresher in a relevant position
- Proficient in English (Oral and written)
- Mandatory
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- BPO experience would be an added advantage
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify the needs of Driver & Brokers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Graduates to apply.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
