Job Role: Finance Executive

Experience: 2-4 years'
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements.
- Process payments and refunds
- Sync and coordinate with the Sales team to generate invoices etc.
- Coordinate with the Customers for Payments and Outstanding.
- Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance etc.
- Tracking credit card expenses and preparing reports in given formats.
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Confident in abilities and grasps concepts quickly
- Strong understanding of billing and collection processes
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction
- Customer service minded
- Able to think strategically and execute tactically
- A high level of comfort in working with numbers
- Ability to support occasional after hour team calls as part of a global team
- Problemsolving skills.

₹8, ₹29,097.09 per month
