Experience: 6 months

  • 1 year
Contact potential customers to inform them about a service or product using scripts

Making sales calls, continuously, Setting sales goals, and developing sales.

Answer questions about services, products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Enter and update customer information in the database

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Ability to learn about services and products and describe/explain them to prospects

Ability to Speak in English and Tamil


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
