Description
Continuous process improvement to reduce warranty claims in line to meet business objectives- To implement, measure adherence of and report After sales warranty standards across the global service network.
- Be responsible for the Analysis of Warranty data and communicating with cross functional teams to make data driven decisions
- High levels of customer service
- Understand and accommodate the short/mid/long term requirements of the after sales departments.
- Work with finance team to process payments within criteria
- Liaise with regional/international colleagues to understand market challenges
Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
