Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. Analyze data and present findings to the team.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients or customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and uptodate information.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
