1 to 2 years (with relevant skills)
Job location:
Nashik
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct feedback calls for understand customer need for improvement regarding product and services,
- Dealing customers problems or queries and solve the problems
- Lead generation and business development
- Host online training, make the sessions interactive, engage participants and create an interesting learning environment in online sessions, keep question and answer sessions interactive.
- Monitor whatsapp groups of each batch and solve customer queries (regarding recordings, certificates, link, payments etc)
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in services industry for minimum 1 year
- Immediate joiner

Job Types:

Salary:
₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
