Description
We are looking for a creative individual to join us as a Wedding Planner.

You will be responsible for overseeing and executing the planning, coordination, and management of weddings to ensure the smooth execution of our clients' special day.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to bring each unique vision to life with creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Assist clients in selecting venues, vendors, and other services for their wedding day.
  • Create and manage wedding budgets, ensuring expenses stay within the allocated budget.
  • Develop detailed timelines and schedules for wedding events, coordinating with vendors and venue staff.
  • Design and execute wedding decor and themes in line with clients' preferences.
  • Coordinate setup, execution, and cleanup of wedding events on the day of the wedding.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during wedding events with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to wedding events.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role in the event management industry.
  • Strong understanding of wedding planning processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customercentric approach.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique and memorable wedding experiences.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred.

Pay:
From ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
