Designation - Customer Services

Stipend - 15K

Working Days - 5 Days

Official hours - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Duration Of internship - 3 Months

Location - Chandivali (Andheri).


Responsibilities list:

  • Manage amounts of queries and escalation over Calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹15,000.00 per month
