Description

A Catalogue executive is responsible for managing and maintaining a company's product catalog.

This includes ensuring that all products are accurately described and priced and that the catalog is up-to-date and easy to use.

The Catalogue executive will work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to gather information about new products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the product catalogue, including product descriptions, pricing, and images
Maintain and manage product display across all online channels.
Maintaining a database of all photographs and drawing of products.
Maintaining database of all catalogues of different segments
Ensure that all product information is accurate and consistent across all channels
Coordinate with other departments to gather information about new products and promotions
Monitor catalogue performance and make recommendations for improvements
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product information
Provide training and support to other departments on catalogue management and usage
Making a product snapshot and sharing with the team members
