Summary:
Shanti Creations is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Intern to join our team.

As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in creating, curating, and posting engaging content across our social media platforms to grow our online presence and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:
Generate high-quality and visually appealing content related to gardening, DIY projects, and gardening awareness. This includes designing graphics, taking photos and videos, writing engaging captions, and creating stories for our social media channels.


Content Scheduling:
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Schedule and publish content at optimal times to maximize engagement.


Audience Engagement:
Monitor comments and messages, and actively engage with the audience by responding to questions, comments, and direct messages. Foster a positive and interactive community.


Analytics and Insights:
Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of content, monitor audience growth, and identify trends. Make data-driven decisions to improve our content strategy.


Collaborations:
Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers, gardening experts, and like-minded pages to expand our reach and enhance our content.


Trends and Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Share insights with the team to adapt strategies accordingly.


SEO and Keywords:
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and incorporate relevant keywords to improve discoverability.


Ad Campaigns:

Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to boost our content's visibility and reach.

Requirements:

• Passion for gardening, DIY projects, and environmental sustainability.
• Strong creativity and graphic design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and scheduling tools.
