Responsibilities

  • Franchise expansion
  • Setting up the stores from interiors to operations (Interiors will be finalised by Seeta Mam & operations need to take care like Setting Up the Salon taking forward the Store into business/operations)
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Franchisee Agreements

Operations (COCO / COFO / FOFO) -

Support To Franchise

  • Customer service
  • Improving Sales of each Store
  • Converting Stores from Non-Profitable to Profitable
  • Team Management
  • Budgeting & Financial management
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Marketing & Promotions of the salon
  • Maintenance & Safety
  • Salon management SOP's
  • Soft skill trainings
  • Training Schedule
  • Coordinating with Franchise owners on daytoday basis
  • Attending Grievances of the Communities and Franchisees by Solving the issues at the earliest by moving Close to them.

₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
