Zonal head/AVP (Venue Business) for Insurance Industry
Roles & Responsibilities of Zonal Head/AVP - Venue/Agency Channel

Leading team of Branch Managers, Survey Managers & Takeover Manager.
Driving entire Regional APC sales team.
Responsible for regional worksite & promotional activity across the location.
Formulation of strategies to improve productivity & sales.
Training & Development of sales Team to get highest productivity.
Achieving sales as well recruitment targets.
Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them.
Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.
Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

Preferred Location:
Uttar Pradesh (East /West) will be preferred

Qualification:
Graduated

Experience: 10+ years of experience in life insurance and health insurance industry.

Salary will be decided on basis of interview.

Notice Period:
Immediate

Languages Know:
Hindi, English, Any Regional Language.
