    5. Plant Commission Engineers - 3+ years

    Qualification: B.E/M.E Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

    Experience: 3 to 5 years

    Salary: 19k-24k per month

    Work Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Successfully operate the PTP to assure continued plant operations and compliance with regulatory requirements Perform daily operation tasks including, but not limited to, waste water testing, plant inspections and documentation of system readings / parameters, monitoring pre-treatment plant and anaerobic reactor conditions, and managing biogas system operations

    Wastewater Treatment (ETP, WTP, RO, MF, UF)

    Prepare and process daily system performance reports Perform basic maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, etc. Enter maintenance work notifications as needed.

    To supervise operators and ensure proper chemical handling

    To maintain the inventory of chemicals and inform concerned office to replenish the stock. Information need to be given 10 days before Inform concerned office to replenish the inventory of PPE

    To handle technical problems and provide solutions and inform

    concern person in head office.

    Required skills

    Considerable knowledge of Pretreatment Plant operational principles

    Working knowledge of federal and state environmental and safety regulations
