    Title

    Accounts Associate - Officer

    Location

    Ahmedabad, Gujarat

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Inter CA / bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho) and MS Office.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
    • Previous experience in US accounting will be preferred.

    Role Requirements

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Reconcile bank statements.
    • Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
    • Assist in the month-end and year-end financials closing processes.
    • Prepare compliance documents as required.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
    • Assist in process formulation & implementation.
    • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
    • Stay updated on changes in applicable regulations and best practices.
