Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Monitoring the infrastructure of the client.
- Handling P1 and P2 Incidents.
- Management of incidents and service requests in ITSM Ticketing tools Like Service now, Remedy etc.
- Responsible for Monitoring Incidents and Tasks response SLA's.
- Responsible for customizing the reports and dashboard as per requirement.
- Responsible for Monitoring HRMs room using monitoring tool and portal.
Knowledge/Experience
- Good Knowledge on monitoring tools such as (SCOM, Datadog, Solar winds).
- Knowledge of Event, Alert, Incident, and Incident life cycle.
- Basic understanding of audio\Visuals or HMRs rooms.
- Good Knowledge about ServiceNow reports and dashboard.
- Basic understanding of network.
- Strong Communication skills.
Skills/Qualifications
- BE \ BTECH \ other degrees
- 6 Months 1year of Experience in client facing environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
Competencies
- Self-Starter, Leading self
- Good learner; Eye for detail
- The ability to perform effectively in an environment of rapid and continual changes.
- Positive attitude. Team player
