Your Role and Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the market, clients, and IBM's differentiated value.
  • Develop wellreasoned points of view on how IBM technology delivers value across themes, industries, and business imperatives.
  • Craft unique narratives for priority IBM events and client experiences, addressing target audience pain points, motivations, and information needs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product and content marketing, communications, offering management, and sales to align content and experiences with business goals.
  • Galvanize stakeholders at varying seniority levels to ensure a unified narrative that reinforces IBM's overarching story.
  • Design and improve user interfaces and experiences, incorporating feedback and strategy to enhance overall design aesthetics and usability.
  • Create diverse content, including keynotes, discussion guides, panel Q&A, speaking session storyboards/flows, speaking scripts, session titles and abstracts, booth copy and signage, etc.
  • Provide recommendations on clientfacing assets such as case studies, videos, and demos.
  • Collaborate across the team to bring event themes to life in innovative ways. Measure and analyze content performance, continuously refining content and experience strategies to achieve business objectives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience in content strategy and storytelling, with a focus on technology.
  • Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
  • Ability to design UI/UX and enhance designs based on user feedback and strategic considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in driving business growth through impactful storytelling.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and curiousity for new technologies and trends
  • Advanced project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously (3+ years)
