Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for onsite support at the Bengal Safari at Siliguri. You will be required to support, monitor and maintain workplace technology and respond to user requests for help. The job involves monitoring and maintaining the ticketing system of Bengal Safari.

On any issues or changes required, such as text/ picture content updation, reports, uploading tender documents and so on, you will be responsible to address it at the earliest.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage regular call from public for Bengal Safari
On request Generate available report from the software for Bengal Safari
Optimise performance of the offline software for Bengal Safari
Regular generation of Refund case report for Bengal Safari
Coordinate with WBZA Finance Officer to settle refund request for Bengal Safari
Manage social media for Bengal Safari
Visit Darjeeling Zoo 1 or 2 days a week
Update HQ with the ticketing information
Report Director/Asst. Director or Range Officer as per the availability

Required Experience
Fresher or Less than 1 year of experience preferably from similar field

Required Skills:

Good written English is a must as the position requires to report to senior government officers.
Excellent communication & Presentation skill (Bengali & Hindi)
Good communication/listening, patience and diplomacy skills
Excellent convincing and Negotiation skill
Capacity to understanding new software requirement
Having the passion to face new challenges every day
Having excellent knowledge of computers

Education
Graduate in any stream are preferred. Freshers are welcome.
