Neospark Drugs and Chemical Private Limited, a leading Animal Health company in India requires Post-Graduates for the position of Office Executive to work in its Ware House in Hyderabad.

Job Designation:
Office Executive
Office Executives to assist and facilitate the working process in the Ware House.


Responsibilities:

Ware House official processes

Receipt and maintenance of products at Ware House, Processing the orders received and timely execution of products despatch, Data entry and maintenance of office records.

Management of Correspondence
To keep track of all the communication that goes on through the course of the day

with customers as well as inter-office communication.

Field support
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.

Office Management
Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes.


Required Qualification & Skills

• Degree: MBA, M.Com,
• Experience: 12 years Experience in the Field is preferred. Freshers will also be considered on the basis of merit.
• Computer skills: MS Office.
• Languages to be known: Telugu, Hindi with proficiency in English.
• Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Good Written Communication skills.
• Capability & Inclination to work as a Team.
