    JobOverview:
    We are seeking an experienced andhighly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior ExecutiveQuality Control. The successful candidate will play a pivotal rolein ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across ourproduct portfolio.

    Responsibilities:
    1.Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality control process fromraw material inspection to finished producttesting.2. Develop and implementcomprehensive quality control procedures and protocols to ensureadherence to industry standards andregulations.3. Lead a team of qualitycontrol professionals providing guidance training and mentorship toensure a high level of competency andefficiency.4.

    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including production R&D andregulatory affairs to address quality issues and implementcontinuous improvement initiatives.5.Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor and enhance theeffectiveness of the quality controlprogram.6.

    Manage relationships withexternal testing laboratories and suppliers to ensure the accuracyand reliability of testing methods andresults.7. Stay informed about industrytrends technological advancements and regulatory changes related toquality control and incorporate best practices into ourprocesses.8. Investigate customer complaintsor concerns related to product quality and implement correctiveactions as necessary.9. Ensure compliancewith all relevant regulatory requirements andcertifications.


    Qualifications:
    1.Bachelors or advanced degree in Food Science Chemistry Microbiologyor a related field.2. Proven experience in asenior quality control role within the food industry with a focuson food ingredient manufacturing.3. Indepthknowledge of quality control principles methodologies andregulatory requirements.4. Strong leadershipand people management skills with a track record of building andleading highperforming teams.5. Excellentanalytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention todetail.6. Effective communication skillswith the ability to interact with internal and externalstakeholders.7. Familiarity with industrycertifications and standards (e.g. ISO HACCPGMP).
