Description

We're currently seeking an accountant with 2-3 years of experience who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Daily ERP Entries and Maintenance:

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and precise input of data into our ERP system, maintaining up-to-date records that accurately reflect our financial standing.

Cash Flow Management:

You'll be tasked with compiling cash flow statements and overseeing cash transactions, ensuring efficient fund management and maintaining liquidity.

Reconciliation and Reporting:
Conduct monthly reconciliations of various accounts, including cash, bank, debtor, and petty cash accounts. Generate reports as required to provide insights into our financial performance.

Ledger Maintenance:
Regularly review ledger entries to uphold the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Promptly identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.

Internal Audit Support:
Assist in internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Contribute to enhancing our financial controls and procedures.

Student Fee Management:

Manage student fee collections and maintain meticulous records to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial transactions related to student accounts.

Tax Compliance:

Play a crucial role in preparing tax returns and TDS certificates, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of all tax-related obligations.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in any field, with a solid grounding in accounting principles and practices.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role or industry, demonstrating a history of success and achievement.

Communication Skills: Good communication skills are vital for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. You should be able to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
