Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Executive at OneDay, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that leverage the power of social media influencers to promote our clients' brands and products.
Leveraging your expertise in influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution, you will collaborate with our creative and account teams to identify, engage, and activate influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with client objectives, target audience insights, and industry best practices, leveraging influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach.
- Identify and research relevant influencers, content creators, and all types of influencers across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc) to build a diverse and impactful influencer network.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies, negotiating partnerships, contracts, and compensation agreements to secure collaboration opportunities that align with client goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop creative briefs, content guidelines, and campaign assets for influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, values, and visual identity.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, communication, and campaign logistics, including content approvals, posting schedules, and tracking deliverables, to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of influencer campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse influencer performance metrics, engagement rates, and campaign KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimise campaign strategies, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging influencers, and social media platforms' algorithm changes, identifying new opportunities and best practices to maximize the impact and effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts.
- Manage influencer relationships and partnerships, providing ongoing support, feedback, and communication to foster long-term collaborations and partnerships that deliver mutual value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative directors, and digital marketers, to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment and synergy across channels.
- Develop post-campaign reports, case studies, and presentations to showcase campaign results, highlight key learnings, and provide actionable insights to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within a creative agency, advertising agency, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends, with hands-on experience executing influencer campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and negotiate partnerships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics) to track and measure influencer performance, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop innovative campaign concepts, content strategies, and activation plans that leverage influencer partnerships to achieve client objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with influencers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry landscape.
- Passion for social media, influencer culture, and digital marketing, with a genuine interest in exploring new trends, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving influencer marketing landscape.
Pay:
₹10, ₹25,828.92 per month
