Job Title:
Training Institute Representative
Visiting colleges as an education institute representative involves engaging with students, educators, and administrators to promote your institution, share information about programs, and establish partnerships.
Responsibilities:
College Outreach:
Identify and target colleges and universities for outreach and engagement.
Establish and maintain relationships with college admissions offices, academic departments, and student organizations.
Promotional Activities:
Organize and participate in college fairs, information sessions, and career counseling events to promote the institute's programs.
Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Information Sessions:
Conduct informational sessions for students and faculty, showcasing the institute's offerings, admission requirements, and unique selling points.
Address inquiries from prospective students, providing accurate and detailed information.
Partnership Development:
Collaborate with colleges to develop partnerships, articulation agreements, and transfer pathways for students.
Identify opportunities for joint initiatives, workshops, or collaborative projects between the institute and colleges.
Networking:
Build and maintain a network of contacts within colleges, including academic advisors, professors, and career services professionals.
Attend networking events and conferences to stay updated on trends in higher education and foster relationships.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from college staff and students to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
Report feedback to the institute's management to enhance programs and services.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of college visits, interactions, and outcomes using a CRM system.
Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of college outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in college relations, admissions, or related roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences, including students, faculty, and administrators.
- Understanding of higher education trends and the competitive landscape.
- Travel flexibility and willingness to attend evening or weekend events when necessary.
- Excellent organizational and networking skills.
Salary:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
