Are you looking to develop and continue a long-term career as a Product Owner at the heart of the Insurance sector? This is an outstanding opportunity to join an international, diverse team.

The challenge is a migration project from a legacy system to a new system (Adobe Experience Manager), enabling client Tied Agents to benefit from targeting their audience.


How you will get the job done
- creating IT products definitions (final ones as well as MVPs) in a way that the products can be flexible with adjusting to changing business needs and possibly reused in the future
- managing digital product backlog(s) (defining epics and/or stories in a "clean" and understandable by the customer and team way, including DoD and DoR), according to business values and technical debts
- maintaining the product(s) roadmap through collaboration with German stakeholders
- cooperating with Program Managers and Architects in order to deliver complex solutions built out of multiple products
- working as digital product owner for IT solutions, prioritizing changes for the development team, supporting the internal release management process
- identifying the future potential of your products and getting your teams, customers, and business network excited about it
- preparing required product documentation, correspondence, and presentations, as needed


Requirements:


Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English
- proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- ability to manage bigger and new but also smaller and legacy products or functionalities
- ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitude
- experience in product creation in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager
- knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies (especially SCRUM and Kanban)
- flexible and people-oriented approach to managing the team/product lifecycle, stakeholder management skills, dependencies management
- experience with CMS migration projects
- experience with Adobe Experience Manager


Nice to have
- fluency in German
- technical IT experience
- experience in end-to-end project delivery
- degree in Computer Science or similar
