Designation - Customer Support Associate

Roles & Responsibility

  • Handling customer queries.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key skills required:


  • Good English communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Education: Any Graduation or Undergraduate with Certificate.
  • Experience: min 6 months Customer Service
  • Languages: English, Hindi

Working location:
Reliable Tech Park Empire Tower, A Wing, 9th Floor, Tech Mahindra Airoli East, Mumbai,


Shift Timing:
Any 9 Hours between 9am to 9 pm


1 Rotational week off.

Age: 18-35 years
