Maintenance - AMC, CMC, Oxygen cylinders, equipments, Petty Cash Management - Collection, reconciliation & making bank deposits,
Inventory Management- Indenting, purchases, stock taking, invoice verification, office supplies distribution ,
Employee Services- On-boarding, Biometric ID creation, office familiarization, ARTis training & trouble shooting, Darwin training, OT hours reports
Records & Reports- Patient database, visitors & complaints register, expenses records, monthly audits,
Vendor Management - negotiations, ensure quality services,
Field Work - Inter branch Samples & OT instruments movement, Sample Collection, Documents submission, drugs arrangements,
IT Matters - troubleshooting, arrange WebEx meeting, Epabx, systems back-up ,
Complaints Handling- Telephones, electrical, leakages, maintenance matters, parking etc,
Statutory Compliance- Form C & PCPNDT submission, Bio Medical Wastage Certificate
