1. Responsible for maintaining highest standards of nursing care for the patients in the respective cluster of wards.

Account for the manpower needs of the ward cluster in coordination with the Nursing Superintendent.
Ensure that Nursing goals, policies and SOPs are communicated to and understood by nursing personnel by conducting periodic ward level discussions.
Supervise and approve the duty roster prepared by the Nurse Incharge.
Ensure that all employees in their respective cluster are adequately trained on job.
Responsible for implementation of CNE in coordination with the Nurse Educator and supervise clinical practices.
Ensure availability of adequate technical and nursing support to the entire healthcare team.
Take responsibility of Nursing Superintendent during his/ her absence.
Compile the ward reports and preparation of cluster report to the Nursing Superintendent.
Conduct SOP audits to ensure adherence to the set SOPs.
Supervise the "ward admission and discharge register" maintained by the Nurse Incharge and ensure accurate documentation adhering to the SOPs in the event of discharge, transfer or death case.
Ensure discipline among the staff in the respective cluster.
Supervise the inventory management process and monitoring the stock registers of ward equipment & drugs in the cluster wards.
Conduct periodic surprise audits on the maintenance of emergency & dangerous drugs including costly drugs available at the cluster wards.

Salary:
₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
