Description

Position:
Project Coordinator (Senior Modular-Furniture / Interior Site Supervisor)

Visiting site.

Manage day-to-day project activities and resources.

Manage ongoing quality control and quality issue resolution.

Experience in team handling and providing on-site leadership for project team.

Should have knowledge on Modular Furniture, electrical, plumbing, civil and carpentry works.

Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues & conflicts on site.

Should know how to read and understand working drawings.

Handle client escalations at site.

Should be an expert in managing labour.

Minimum working experience of 10 to 12 years in any interior/Furniture manufacturing company.

Should be expert in both Modular Furniture and carpentry.

Should have good mail communication skills.


Education:
Bachelors: Graduate / Diploma in Interior designing / Civil Engineering


Experience:
10 to 12 years in Site Supervision / Billing to clients

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
