We are seeking a Service

Now Certified:
CIS HR and HRSD Professional who will lead the ServiceNow HRSD Tech team for DevOps and POT transformation. Will be supporting EM on tech topics related to SN HRSD. Success factor will be the employee master data system and GCP will be the integration platform.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Work as a ServiceNow HRSD SME
  • Work with product specialists and business stakeholders to break down HRSD business requirements into workable SN solution design
  • Support all dev team members with design options in service now for various topics
  • Support dev team during the sprint to solve any design problem
  • Support ops team to resolve complex prod incidents
  • Support EM on platformwide topics related to ServiceNow
  • Support PO with design choices in providing options on SN topics
  • Work with SN support and the QA team on SNrelated design gaps, defects, tickets, and enhancements
  • Share SN designrelated best practices and monitor overall health of solution
  • Provide guidance to the team on SN upgrade, clone, and patch topics

Desired knowledge & competence etc

  • Service

Now Certified:
CIS HR, HRSD Professional

  • At least 4+ years of experience as an SN HRSD architect
  • At least 8+ years of handson experience as an SN architect
  • Ability to lead analysis, design work to provide solutions to business problems

Now Certified:
CIS HR and HRSD Professional

  • Good Knowledge of the overall ServiceNow platform and SN HRSD
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
