Responsibilities:

Create and prepare a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including bar tools, glassware, and ingredients.
Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and offer suggestions based on their preferences and tastes.
Continuously expand and refine knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques to enhance the quality of service and offerings.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of alcohol and compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock of ingredients and bar essentials.
Demonstrate creativity by developing and introducing new cocktails and seasonal specials to the menu.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to stay updated on current trends and techniques in mixology.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a highvolume establishment.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional drinks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and cash handling.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., cases of beverages).
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional certifications or training in mixology or hospitality management are advantageous.
