Job Description:


We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our real estate services.

If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with people, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic real estate team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify prospects interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Utilize scripts and information provided to present the benefits of working with our real estate agency.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients through effective communication.
Answer client inquiries, provide information about available properties, and offer assistance in scheduling property viewings.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions, inquiries, and lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture and convert them into clients.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients and show properties.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property listings, and our agency's offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Collaborate with team members to analyze and improve tele calling strategies.

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Persuasive and engaging phone presence with the ability to build rapport.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Goaldriven and resultsoriented with a desire to meet or exceed targets.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in the real estate industry.
  • Languages : English Hindi And Marathi

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
