Reporting Manager:
Sales Head


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Represent the organization in front clients/customers/beneficiaries and pitch, present, negotiate and close projects at all times.
  • Train in various sales tactics and approaches approved by the company.
  • Contact potential clients to describe benefits of solar over Grid through facts and details, using new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
  • Convert leads on existing e-commerce channels including Amazon, IndiaMART, Facebook Marketplace, amongst others.
  • Draft the scope of work and estimate the respective project budget.
  • Create and distribute RFPs to potential vendors/dealers, establish evaluation metrics and select winning proposals.
  • Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project's success.
  • Work to maximize and meet sales and distribution targets. Deliver sales reports to management. Track purchases and keep online record of sales, contacts and deals for any time reference.

Qualification:


  • B.Tech + MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

MBA Freshers can apply. B.Tech graduates will prior project sales experience will be preferred.

Skills:

Person of Integrity / B2B Sales / Advanced Negotiation Skills / Relationship Management / Analytical Skills / Good Communication, written and verbal / Presentation / Functional knowledge of all types of Solar Power Systems.


Performance Goals:
Sales Target Achievement, Distribution Improvement, New Channel Development,Budget Adherence, Customer satisfaction score.


Language Skills:
English, Odia, Hindi

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
