As a Telecaller Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in communicating our offerings to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our matrimony services.
• Provide detailed explanations of our company's products and services to potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone during conversations, building rapport with potential clients to encourage their engagement with our services.
• Gather and record relevant information from potential clients accurately in our database.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or salesrelated roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive demeanor.
• Empathetic attitude and the ability to listen actively to potential clients' needs and concerns.
• Basic computer skills to navigate and record information in our database accurately.
• Enthusiastic and selfmotivated individual who can work well in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing call scripts and strategies as required.

Additional Information:

• This is a fulltime, inoffice position. Remote work is not permitted.
• No sales targets are set for this role; focus is on providing information and building positive relationships.
