We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing various digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

This position is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong passion for online marketing trends and strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and monitor creative marketing strategies to increase website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
