Description
1. Connect with and Nurture Leads acquired through various digital and offline channels for their real estate requirements


  • Explain project details via call/video conference and populate the sales pipeline
  • Interact and engage with prospects across various Social Media and Communication channels to build relationships and conversions
  • Attend prospects over virtual or in-person meets to resolve their queries and concerns with respect to the project
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly for lead status and followups
  • Act independently towards your prospects to ensure site visits and conversions from leads
  • Generate consistent revenue from the leads assigned
  • Connect within the network of customers for referrals

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
