    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Support to join our team at Informica Solutions. As a Customer Service Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our sales team while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong ability to interact with customers in a professional and positive manner.
    • Must have time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Patience and ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy.
    • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely resolution.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs and promote sales.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
    • Generate sales leads and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the established timeframes.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
    • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and concerns.
